Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@navakartstore.com with clear photos and order details.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Return Process

  1. Contact us with order details and photos.
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a return or provide return instructions.
  3. After inspection, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days after return approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
