Returns Eligibility

- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Return Process

Refunds
