The Following terms must Understand Before Register as Seller.

1. Eligibility

To register as a Seller, you must:

• Be 18+ years old
• Provide correct KYC documents
• Provide a valid pickup address
• Have a working phone number and email

2. Product Listings

Sellers must:

• Upload accurate product details
• Upload real product images
• Maintain correct stock
• Not sell illegal/restricted items
• Not mislead customers

3. Pricing

Seller sets the price.
Price must include Seller’s GST component (if applicable).

4. Shipping

• All orders must be shipped via Shiprocket
• Seller must pack safely
• Seller must provide parcel during pickup

5. Order Time

Dispatch within:

• 1–2 days for ready stock items
• 3–5 days for made-to-order items

6. Invoices

Seller must issue a legal invoice with every order.

Navakart Store cannot issue GST invoices.

7. Returns

Seller must accept returns on:

• Wrong item sent
• Damaged item
• Defective item
• Missing items

8. Payouts

Seller receives payout:

• After order is marked delivered
• After deduction of commission
• Through bank transfer

9. Account Suspension

Navakart Store may suspend or terminate Sellers for:

• Fake products
• Delayed dispatch
• High return rate
• Cheating or fraud
• Poor customer service
• Violation of terms
